This work focuses on the preparation, characterization, and evaluation of a thermogelling matrix of Pluronic F-127 containing elastic liposomes loaded with a platelet lysate and which is intended for healing wounds. In this study, elastic liposomes were characterized, and their biological activity was confirmed. Liposomes were obtained that had a high encapsulation rate. The formulation of liposomes in a thermogelling matrix based on Pluronic F-127 improved the properties of the product, favoring its application and retention on the skin, and promoting tissue regeneration, both on a culture of fibroblasts, and in vivo in mice. The results showed that this system is a potentially good alternative for the treatment of wounds based on its ability to protect the platelet lysate, allow its gradual release, produce a semi-occlusive effect on the skin, and promote fast tissue regeneration.
