Certa Plus Pump Series

The Certa Plus pump series from Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group works to provide sustainable fluid management while offering lower shear, lower power consumption, full traceability, and ultimate cleanability when transferring syrups, oils, creams, and gels.

The pump series features pulsation-free product flow without ancillary dampeners and improves flow meter accuracy and heat exchanger efficiency. The series’ low shear lessens the temperature increase of the pumped liquid while improving batch consistency and final product quality.

Additionally, the pump series can transfer and handle a significant range of products from syrups and sugar solutions to lozenge products. With continuous flow and suction support, the series can also maintain low viscous liquids such as oils, and high viscous products, such as creams and gels.

The Certa Plus comes equipped with clean-in-place capabilities for easy integration into an aseptic fluid path. It can be wet cleaned without dismantling and is sterilizable and bacteria-tight to eliminate residuals and contamination.
